An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established and competitive claims management company. This client has undergone a period of expansion due to gaining new contracts and increasing contracts with existing clients. They are currently recruiting for an experienced claims handler to join their rapidly growing team, the current team all have varying degrees of experience in this position and so will be on hand to help and train any new employees. This client have worked very hard towards becoming one of the leading claims management companies in Northern Ireland – this has been achieved through the hard work of each employee working towards the same goal as well as developing a niche within the market by providing a bespoke solution

Role Responsibilities

  • This will be a varied role which will involve liaising with clients on a day to day basis, keeping them up to date on the ongoing process
  • You will also be involved in handling inbound communications
  • You will need to work very closely with your colleagues to arrange meetings and keep them updated on all claims progress
  • You will need to be confident handling a range of different calls from different types of clients which all require a different approach to the work
  • This role also involves administrative work throughout
  • You will need to keep the database/ system up to date at all times

Role Requirements

  • You will need to have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Claims handling position
  • You will need to have an excellent telephone manner with a great attention to detail
  • The ideal candidate would be pro-active and keen to learn and progress within this company
  • Minimum A-C Maths and English GCSE’s
  • This role will suit a candidate coming from a claims handling background or administrative and legal background
