Accounts Technician

Our client is a Northern Ireland Top 100 company based in County Tyrone, currently has an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Technician / Accounts Administrator

Reporting into the Group Accountant the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the following:

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger
  • Maintenance of the Sales Ledger
  • Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monitoring and maintaining  systems
  • Liaising with shipping staff to complete stocking schedules

Further training, study assistance and career development will be provided

Ideal Person specification:

  • Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or working towards
  • 3 years similar experience
  • High degree of communication skills
  • Used to working in fast moving environments providing accurate and timely information to a high standard

 Salary £20,000 - £22,000
