Full time - 12 months temporary


We are delighted to be working in partnership with our esteemed client to help recruit a customer liaison administrator for their large facility in belfast. This role is a temporary assignement, lasting 12 months however there may be an option for an extension after this period is complete.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client is a large energy provider who pride themselves on providing excellent customer service to thousands of customers across the country. They require an individual to provide efficient and professional administrative support and excellent customer service within our Connections team.

Your key responsibilities include proactively liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure applications progress to a conclusion through the work pipeline within a reasonable time frame; dealing with queries or complaints as they arise; delivering administrative activities within the workflow; and continually striving for a customer orientated service.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 4 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C including Mathematics and English Language; or minimum two years relevant experience preferably in a clerical / administrative role in a busy office environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Developed IT Skills (including MS Office)
  • Good attention to detail / accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Current UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work with minimum levels of supervision
  • Previous experience of interacting and communicating directly with customers
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills
