Bond Search & Selection are seeking to find a Project Manager with primarily experience within the fit-out sector or on Land Based projects, who wants a new challenge or career progression.
The successful candidate will manage fit out projects in various locations throughout the World. The main responsibilities will include the effective management of all resources from inspection through to on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, to the required specification and within budget.
Applicants should possess:
A third level construction related qualification
Have a minimum of 5 years project management experience
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent leadership skills
Organisational and communication skills
A sound commercial acumen
Excellent IT skills.
The ability to keep calm under pressure and go the extra mile to meet deadlines and targets.
Although based at our Head Office, this role will involve regular travel, including periods of time away from home.
Applicants must be willing to work reasonable overtime when required.
