Job Description

  • This will be a fast paced role where you will be required to keep all paperwork and filing in order at all times
  • Work alongside the other staff to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Answering calls if the receptionist is absent
  • General day to day administrative support
  • Processing incoming invoices
  • Helping to answer customer and client queries in a professional and friendly manner

Role Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have 6 months – 1 year experience within a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills including experience in MS Word and Excel
  • This role will suit someone with a positive, proactive attitude and someone who is passionate about progressing their career
  • You must have a minimum of 4 GCSE’s including pass or equivalent in English and Maths
  • You should have a good telephone manner
