Bond Search and Selection are now hiring an experienced Administrator within a retail environment for a jewellery company based in Craigavon. The main responsibility of the Administrator will be to process online orders, take calls from customers in relation to purchases and to take, handle and document enquiries / complaints.
A proven track record of staying with one administrative company within retail / customer service for 3 years
You will have experience in helping with Order Processing, dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
You will have strong Administrative Experience for a private retail company that involves dealing with customers
Your experience will demonstrate that you’re an organised and structured Administrator with a drive to do well and to go above and beyond expectations
